3. User Accounts

• Honor scheduled commitments or reschedule with appropriate notice
• Keep client information confidential
• Comply with applicable professional regulations and standards
• Not use the Platform for unauthorized solicitation

5. Bookings and Payments

Fees

Customers agree to pay all fees for booked services. Prices are set by experts and displayed before booking confirmation. Wisern charges a platform fee on each transaction.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to their terms of service. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund
• Expert cancellation: Full refund at any time

Experts may set their own cancellation policies, which will be displayed before booking.

6. AI Services and Token System

Our Platform offers AI-powered services including expert matching and recommendations. These services use a token-based system:

• Tokens are purchased separately and used to access AI services
• Token balances do not expire but are non-refundable
• AI recommendations are provided as guidance only and do not guarantee results
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Wisern or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Wisern a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for platform operations.

Prohibited Content

You may not post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Spam or unsolicited advertising
• False or misleading

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose

• Circumvent payment systems or platform fees
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Expert Services

Wisern is a marketplace platform. We do not employ experts and are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of expert services. The relationship is directly between customers and experts.

No Professional Advice

Content on the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Consult appropriate professionals for specific advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisern shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or omissions of experts or other users
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wisern in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wisern harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
• Scheduled bookings will be honored or refunded
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wisern operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wisern regarding the Platform.

Severability
